Standard Testing Data

1.Statistics puffs by machine: volume 35ml suction for 2 and stop for 27;

2.Suction resistance by machine: volume 55ml, suction for 3 and stop for 27;

3.Static testing: 7 30 days;

4.Negative pressure testing: package level at 70Kpa for 24 hours;

5.Vibration testing: package level at 180kHz for 12 hours;

6.Drop testing: 3 angles from 1200mm;

7.Temperature and humidity testing: RH80%60 ℃ for 36 hours;

8.Low temperature storage: 20℃ for 24 hours;

9.Temperature cycling: from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃,dwell 36 hours, for 2 cycles;

10.Thermal shock: from 20℃ to 60 ℃ within 3 minutes, dwell 6 hours , for 12 cycles;

11.Battery test: one time (above 1.0Ω discharging to 3V and charging to 4.18V at 3A;
